BPT has a number of actions that have been shown to significantly reduce the damage done to heart tissue after a heart attack.  Those being:

• Promotes healing through oxygenation of tissues with drastic reduction in sustained heart damage
• Increased oxygenation of the tissues therefore reducing angina/pain
• A significant decrease in blood viscosity (thickness), platelet aggregation and fibrinogen thus preventing further clots in the heart
